We didn’t have any idea where we wanted spend the holidays. So, when our friend Jessica suggested to come hang out with her, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we jumped at the opportunity.
We’ve only been here one day so far. First impression, expensive. Not optimum for poor kids like us, but because Jess has a friend that lives here, we’re hoping to save cash by having house parties and dinner parties versus going out to bars and restaurants. It doesn’t feel like Christmas at all over here, but we’ll make the best of it. We came prepared with duty free liquor and Santa hats!
